Subculture Magazine is always looking for fresh diverse new voices to add to our staff.

Are you passionate about music? Then air your voice to over 600,000 readers per week. Get your work published on Subculture Magazine.
 
The ideal candidate will be on the cusp of the ever-changing music scene, with encyclopedic knowledge of both underground and mainstream music. If you have knowledge, insight and personality, high motivation and the commitment involved you'll fit right in.
 
Please do not apply if you cannot handle deadlines. 

We'll let you choose the CDs, we'll set up the interviews for you and get you on the guest list for shows, festivals, launch parties, screenings etc....

• Submit a review (400-600 words) of a recently released album written exclusively for us. Feel free to send any other samples of your work.
  
• Complete the following list:
  -Name five to ten favorite albums released in the last 365 days.
  -Name five to ten albums you couldn't live without.
  -Name five upcoming records that you can't wait to hear.
  -Name last five to ten albums you purchased OR the last five shows you saw.

Compensation:

Unpaid, aside from free music, guest lists, tickets etc....
